Learning To Run For Weight Loss
I am considering starting a weekly weight loss program, similar to Weight Watchers, in my community (WW franchise is locked up but inactive, otherwise I would try that). I have experience owning a gym years ago, a good mailing list and currently completing a nutritional course. What I am looking for are ideas for a 12-week program that I can run repetitively all 3 months, so that newcomers can join right in at any time and not feel they have missed something from the beginning. So, 12 subjects to presented over 3 months. For example -1. I'mportance of water,2. Types of exercise3. Learning all about carbs. These will be presented in 15-20 mins, with accompanying literature. Any thoughts from professionals and non-professionals who have successfully lost weight would be appreciated. I cannot just copy a franchise, so hoping for any new, REAL ideas based on experience. I think I found an answer. When considering starting a weekly weight loss program, weight watchers have a lot of this lock-up,but, here a thought nothing comes in a box thats successfull for each person, you need to see or know just what a persons needs . Inorder to know just what works for bob may not work for joe, people are lazy, they need to buy vidos in order to work out. Differant work out for differant people.
