Maybe I could enter my age, weight, gender, enter or tick checkboxes of foods I like, then it returns a healty balanced diet plan back to me?? That would be brilliant. Well, I have your answer. I dont think it would be condusive to your goals because a personal trainer (at least a good one) will want to examine you in person. They need to assess a number of criteria about your lifestyle, current abilities, current stressors, diet, and then make a basic plan. From there, a trainer would be working with you to update the plan based on your progress. Two perfectly similar unfit people may start with the textbook 12rep 3day a week plan but if one progresses at a faster rate for muscle growth it would be condusive to adapt the plan to suit his or her growth. Same with cardio and a hard working stressed person trying to lose weight. Joe-Doe may just lose those 2lbs a week with cardio at 65% while John-Doe has kids whoever are in an out of jail and a wife that isn't supportive and therefore has twice the number of free-radicals in his bloodstream so he would not get the same progress with the same tactic. You can find a template for fitness any place but tailor-made requires a good trainer whoever can read YOU.
