After I give birth my weight keep going up and I wan to stop it. Is there any way that I can plan on diets dieting. Today I found out that… One of the best ways to diet is the easiest. For each meal, think of your plate as a circle that you divide into 4 quarters -then one quarter is healthy lean protein, the 2nd quarter is the same amount of complex whole carb (sweet potatoes, corn, peas, oatmeal, rice,-not processed) and the last 2 quarters are veggies -the same amount as the protein plus the carb. For breakfast, use protein, carb, a fruit and a dairy. So, eat meals at regular hours, drink water, get as much rest as you can (I know that if your baby is not sleeping through the night, you not sleeping at night, but take at least a 10 minute nap every time the baby naps during the day-REALLY.. Rest is an important part of overall health and too little sleep leads to too much food and not enough healthy walking or other moving) Do check with your doctor to see if you are eating enough… Yes enough. Several people cut their calories too low, skip meals and then they feel hungry and deprived and eat too much at night. My source: I was the same as you and have lots of friends who started messing up our weight after a baby. My top weight was almost 300 lbs and I am not a tall woman. Today my weight is a whole lot less, my clothes fit, I eat healthy food and have a much nicer life.
