Well, I have your answer. Hello Love Is Sweet 1. Running &#8211; There&#039;s no doubt that running is one of the top cardio workouts there is. It&#039;s an excellent activity for anybody who wishes to shed some fat. If you run a solid workout 3 times a week, you&#039;re bound to see an impressive improvement in how you look and feel.  2. Cut out sugary drinks &#8211; One of the biggest sources of empty calories are sugary sodas and drinks. You have no idea how many calories the average person consumes without any real benefit. Cut out sodas and sugar rich sodas and you will have an easier time in losing fat.  3. Get rid of sugary cereals &#8211; A lot of us start the day with a bowl of cereals. The question is that the cereals we eat are often jam-packed of sugar and other fattening stuff. If you start your day with a bad food, it&#039;s going to reflect on your entire day. Consume a lean breakfast.  4. Eat a breakfast rich in protein and fiber &#8211; You want breakfast to set the tone for the entire day. The way to do that is to include protein and fiber during your breakfast. The protein and fiber will help you control your hunger all day long and keep your metabolism running high.  5. Take an evening walk &#8211; You want to discover ways to be more active and burn more calories. Taking a walk each evening is the easiest way to do this. It doesn&#039;t have to be long. Even 30 minutes will work wonders and help you flatten your stomach and burn abs fat.  6. Strength workouts are an excellent way to boost your metabolism and to lose belly fat. You don&#039;t have to work solely your abs. Even if you work your legs, you&#039;re still burning off fat from your whole body. 3 workouts each week ought to be sufficient to get amazing results.  7. Eat more fruit and vegetables &#8211; Not only are these rich in fiber but they also help you avoid temptation of more calorific foods like candy, chocolate, and so on. I&#8217;mprove your health by eating 3-5 pieces of fruit and vegetable each single day.  8. Get an abs program &#8211; Why crawl toward your goal when someone can teach you how to walk and then run? Of course, abs programs do cost some money but the time and effort they save you is well worth the investment. A good program can show you how to get results even sooner than you would have otherwise.  9. Eat smaller meals all through the day &#8211; one of the top ways to increase metabolism and burn more calories is by thinning out your calories into more meals and snacks. 5-6 meals and snacks a day will help you avoid cravings, remain energetic, and feel good.  10. <p>For your weight loss plan to be a weight loss success, it&#8217;s absolutely critical that you understand the difference between weight loss fad diets and safe, effective weight loss routines that produce long-lasting weight loss results. </p>
<p>There are all sorts of weight loss programs out there that can help you lose weight (not necessarily fat), but they are so miserable that it&#8217;s impossible to stay on them very long &#8211; even more difficult is keeping the weight loss results you achieved. </p>
<p>The four characteristics for successful weight loss are:</p>
<p>1.  The weight loss plan must avoid cravings<br />2.  The weight loss plan must avoid hunger<br />3.  The weight loss plan must include increasing your activity level<br />4.  It must be a weight loss plan you can live with for a lifetime</p>
<p>What are cravings? A craving is when your body pushes you to want a particular food ingredient.  This can occur even when you are not hungry.  When you finally give in and get the food, you almost always binge, that is, eat more than you would have if you did not have the cravings in the first place.  For the most part, you body is probably asking for water, but out of bad habit you might turn to fatty fast foods to fill the gap. </p>
<p>What causes cravings? Your body needs 6 essential food ingredients to function properly.  They are carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and water.  If you deprive your body of any of these, it will create the sensation that will drive you to get it.  The most easily identified example is when you deprive your body of water.  You develop thirst.  Thirst is the body&#8217;s craving for water.  Don&#8217;t turn to fast food, when all your body is asking for is a big glass or two of fresh cool water.  Better still, don&#8217;t turn to a fad diet that restricts you to eating one or two items only.  This will only heighten your body&#8217;s need for other foods. </p>
<p>Weight loss plans that tell you to cut out particular foods will always lead to cravings.  It is this battle in your body to give it what it needs that creates conditions of discomfort and lead to most individuals ending the weight loss programs.  There is an area of the brain that controls what and how much you eat.  It is also responsible for creating cravings as a way for you to provide the body what it needs. </p>
<p>So, what is the best way to avoid cravings? First and foremost, the best way to avoid cravings is by eating all the required food ingredients.  The key is that in all of the food groups, there are &#8220;good&#8221; types and &#8220;not so good&#8221; types of foods.  You need to know the good types and eat only those.  For example, with carbohydrates, good types (in general) are the ones with a low glycemic index (GI).  GI is a measure of how fast a food increases the production of insulin.  Insulin causes fat buildup.  Whole grains and vegetables have low GIs and therefore are good for weight loss. </p>
<p>By understanding the weight loss concept of eating all of the essential foods and dividing them into &#8220;good&#8221; and &#8220;not so good&#8221; foods, you will avoid cravings and overeating. </p>

I also do light cardio exercising ; 12 mins of runnin/ 10 mins of jogging , 60-120 mins before eating. I also did a BMI &amp; BMR. My BMI is a 20 something and my BMR is around 1400 cal intake. So if I want to lose about 20lbs by just doing the 1200 cal. Diet thing will it be okay and safe? I read a couple other 1200 cal diet plan and some people say its okay and some say its not. But then again I&#039;m just doing approx. 200 cal. Less then my BMR.  So what do you guys think?? Thanks in advance for any advice.  Today I found out that&#8230; I do not believe that this diet is healthy at all. You need to get the appropriate nutrition for your growing body. Before embarking on any kind of radical diet like this you should consult your physician.  Seriously, this is a really low calorie diet for such a young and already thin girl. I think that 1800 calories is low enough, but again, you need to talk to your doctor. If you want to lose some weight you are going to have to be patient. Those last few &quot;vanity&quot; pounds are really hard to take off, and it isn&#039;t safe for a girl your size to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. Eat healthy, lots of veggies, and cut out sugar, sodas, fast foods, fried foods, etc. And exercise regularly and you will lose the weight slowly and safely over time. Good Luck.</p>

I was happy to learn&#8230; People may tell you to switch to diet soda, but I promise you it&#039;s just as bad for you. I used to love dirnking coke, but decided to switch to diet fizzy water. It comes in lime, and peach falvours. And it&#039;s actually GOOD for your diet, unlike regular diet soda. You&#039;d be amazed at how many calories you save by drinking fizzy water with 0 calories, and plain tea (also 0 calories). Try to aim for losing 2 pounds a week, or else it will be hard to keep the pounds form coming back on. I also know of a great website for you to visit; it&#039;s great for low-fat low-calorie recipe ideas, and gives you and idea of how much fat your body burns in a day, and what amount of calories you should be eating. It&#039;s also a great way to meet friends and other peopel over the internet to help keep you motivated and share stories with. : or just google &quot;calorie count plus&quot; it&#039;s really a great website. It helps you keep track of everything. They even have &quot;logs&quot;, so by entering the form of excercise and what you&#039;ve eaten, it will tell you wether you&#039;re on the right track or not. I have tried slim quick the female diet supplement and it did not work for me. . I dont want anything to harsh so I am drinking a lot of water and abt to start slim fast. Does it work.
