I can run. I just hate it. I have tried for years and done races and I have not been able to get addicted to it. I could go out and run 5km easy right now. Plus, now that it&#039;s cold, I find it hard on my voice, and I&#039;m a singer. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. Running for half an hour is more effective.</p>

They need to assess a number of criteria about your lifestyle, current abilities, current stressors, diet, and then make a basic plan. From there, a trainer would be working with you to update the plan based on your progress. Two perfectly similar unfit people may start with the textbook 12rep 3day a week plan but if one progresses at a faster rate for muscle growth it would be condusive to adapt the plan to suit his or her growth. Same with cardio and a hard working stressed person trying to lose weight. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am a 5&#039;7&#034; and 155 lbs girl and want to be 130-135 lbs in 2 months. I want to know if I am doing it the right way. . I eat an average of 1200 calories a day with carbs around 80-100g. I&#039;m trying to follow the lindora diet plan. I exercise about 45 minutes 4-5 days a week. I&#039;m on my first week and I feel good already. I hope I am on the right track. It would help a lot if someone is the same height as me to give advice. Also, when do you think I will be starting to see results? I&#039;m so impatient. Hope to hear back any answers. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. One tip- replace any sugary beverage with water another tip- limit snacking .</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am considering starting a weekly weight loss program, similar to Weight Watchers, in my community (WW franchise is locked up but inactive, otherwise I would try that). I have experience owning a gym years ago, a good mailing list and currently completing a nutritional course. What I am looking for are ideas for a 12-week program that I can run repetitively all 3 months, so that newcomers can join right in at any time and not feel they have missed something from the beginning. So, 12 subjects to presented over 3 months. For example -1. I&#039;mportance of water,2. Types of exercise3. Learning all about carbs. These will be presented in 15-20 mins, with accompanying literature. Any thoughts from professionals and non-professionals who have successfully lost weight would be appreciated. I cannot just copy a franchise, so hoping for any new, REAL ideas based on experience. I think I found an answer. When considering starting a weekly weight loss program, weight watchers have a lot of this lock-up,but, here a thought nothing comes in a box thats successfull for each person, you need to see or know just what a persons needs . Inorder to know just what works for bob may not work for joe, people are lazy, they need to buy vidos in order to work out. Differant work out for differant people.</p>
