Now so, I hate my thighs and I getting a tiny chubby around my lower abs. I want to have a 7 day diet plan and excersize plan. I have cheer practice 2 days a week but I can still workout on those days. So plz help I need to look good for summer.. Thnx. From what I can tell… To be honest, that isn't really realistic.
