Weight Loss Motivation Tips

I working on losing weight. I have lost 10 lbs and want to lose at least 55 more lbs. I am working on getting everything alligned and it said you need to have the proper motivation. The "why". So I would like to know what your motivation was to lose weight. Also what weight loss tricks you learned to lose the weight. Thanks. Well, I have your answer right here. Even though my body is shaping up, my weight stays the same and the reason for the weight loss is to bring my blood pressure down and get off the pills. I'm going to be a senior and im starting varsity on my high school team. we work out at school and everything but I wanna know a good work out plans that involves running and weights. . also I would like to know a diet of healthy foods I should eat to stay in shape and what foods to stay away from.
