I am 20 years old and I put on about 70 pounds during my pregnancy. I have lost 10 pounds of that so far and would like to lose 60 more. I have been eating lots of fruits and veggies and have been exercising moderately. Dose anyone have any inspiring weight loss stories, any tips or suggestions. Today I found out that… I am a yo-yo. I have had great success and great failure, im in a failure stage right now but turning it around. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with acid reflux disease and was put on a Bland diet this means boiled chicked breasts and water for every meal, they had great benefiets and I probably would not have been as tall as I am now if that did not happen but then once I could eat what I wanted I gained it all back then 2 years later I lost it all again because I was just starting puberty and now I gained it all back again but im on the right track because I am getting more active and eating a lot healthier I hope this motivates you a little.
